I know this has nothing to do with my topic, and I know I said in my previous post that I hate blogging(I do, kind of), I'm really hyped for this summer movie season. There is a couple of movies coming out that I may go see.(that means a lot coming from because I'm really too cheap to go to the movies)
However, there definitely one movie I am definitely going to see this summer.
It looks hilariously. Tom Cruise looks insanely funny in this movie, which shouldn't be much of a stretch because he is insane in real life. Still, he is an awesome actor if a bit crazy.

THE END. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
last post.(I'm sorry, I hate blogging, I mean I really hate it).
I love reality television. I love watching these shows. I'm mean seriously, these shows may call themselves reality TV, but these shows are the most fake things on television. They are obviously scripted from the beginning. The contestants on these shows may not realize it , but we the audience get that it is fake. That why I personally enjoy these shows. I watch people go on them expected to have some life changing event, when in all actuality, they are just being used to the benefit of the networks who make so much money off of their humiliation.
I like to read interviews and what not of former contestants from shows like America's Next Top Model, Project Runway and , America's Best Dance Crew, etc., and they all say the same things. They tell that how they thought going on these shows would get their name's out in the open and that it would open doors for them. In actuality, it does nothing at all for them. Most of those contestants say they wish they never wasted their time going on those shows. The former contestants tell you how the creators of the show(like Tyra Banks from America's Next Top Model) make millions on their shows, and all they do is go back to being non-famous irrelevant nobodies.
Mostly everybody would jump at the chance to be on TV if you felt it would help you accomplish your goals and dreams. And, as long as those people exist, I will always be in front of my TV watching them to be humiliated.
sorry, absolutely no sympathy for any of them.

Ghost Hunters
I watched this show a couple times. Everything about this show is fake. You know how I know its fake. Everything happens off camera. Those guys are always like "Whoa, did you see that?" I would like to see it to except the camera is never looking at what they are looking at. Then at the end of each episode they go to their truck and put on the tape, and that when they show what supposedly happened.
I mean, if its happening at the moment, why can't we the audience see it at the same time they host's of the show are seeing it.
THATS BECAUSE ITS FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kendra, Girl Next Door
I'm kinda ashamed to admit that I watch this show. I am big Philadelphia Eagles fan, and I initially started watching this show because of Hank Baskett(ironically, who was cut from the team after the first season of this show aired, only to be resigned recently). Only thing I knew about Kendra was that she was one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends(PUKE, PUKE, PUKE about ten million times more).
At first, I was thinking: HANK, ARE YOU HIGH? She has an 80 year old ex. and the IQ of a 12 year old!!!!!!!!
I mean seriously, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?
After watching the show, My opinion of Kendra has changed. She has been through a lot of hard experiences in her very short life(I was shocked to find out that I am older than Kendra). She had a hard time dealing with her parents divorcee when she was young, which when she became a teenage it lead to her being rebellious and out of control.
Now, Kendra is a business woman, devoted wife and loving mother. I guess all people have the capacity to change for the better. Watching her story has made me realize that just because you go through wild times in your life, that doesn't mean that you are not capable of doing good things with your life.

America's Next Top Model final five
We are now down to the final five girls on the show. They are now at the portion of the show were they travel overseas(this years' location was New Zealand) Every cycle has an episode were Tyra photographs the girls. For this photo-shoot, the girls where photographed in hard light. The girls had to push through a unique, high concept shoot.
Krista

She won first call out this week and I agree 100% that she deserved it. This picture is amazing. I could this in Vogue Magazine and Marie Claire. This photograph looks like it could have come from a vintage Vogue Magazine from the 70's. Krista has a very unique look. If you were to see her face from a straight on angle, you would think she is someone's skinny grandma, but because she has really sharp angles in her face, she photographs with a very intense profile.
Alexandra

Alexandra got the second call out picture. This pic of Alexandra is beautiful. She looks very beautiful and ethereal in this picture. Also, the composition and the backdrop of the environmental adds a lot to this picture. The hard light from the shadow adds a beautiful pattern to her skin. It almost looks as if the pattern so form as Aztec pattern. Great picture!!!
Angelea

I didn't love or hate angelea photo this week. It seem like she is just there. It's almost of if she lyed down and died and someone standing over here took a picture. If I could say one good thing about this photo, she does look serene, or is if she is at peace. She got third call out this week.
Raina

I don't know what to think about this picture. In my opinion, it is interesting and a like the hard shadows across her face; however, it doesn't really look like fashion picture. It looks like a pissed off girl took a picture behind some shadows. She received the final call out of the week.
Jessica

Unfortunately, Jessica was eliminated this week. I don't agree with here elimination. I actually think this picture belongs in the top three. Its a great profile and I love the way the hard shadows are hitting her face. If I could sum up this picture in two words, I would call it Visually Striking.
I should have know she would be eliminated regardless of how well she performed because Tyra and Company deemed her too commercial. In top model lingo, that means you have no chance in Hell of winning.
To sum up this photo shoot, I believe that this was definitely one of my favorites. When I was studying art, I took a photography class, and fell in love with it. One of are photography assignments, was to photograph anything you could find using hard light. It was definitely one of my favorite assignments because if you use your lighting and composition well, you can take some of the most interesting and visually striking photographs. Hopefully, I can get a new digital camera because mine is broke and I only have two film cameras.(Why has film died, I absolutely loved working with film)
I really miss photography.(making a sad face!!!!!!)

Blah! Blah! Blah! (no, not the Ke$ha song)
Man, I'm really run out of reality shows to blog about. Most of them have already finished, and I not desperate enough to watch the Real World(or anything on MTV to blog about it.
What to blog about. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
okay, I'll blog about the new DRAG QUEEN show called DragU. It is also hosted by drag queen Rupaul. The premise of this show is that contestants from Rupaul Dragrace season 1 and 2 take real, regular women and give them drag makeovers. Then the women compete in a contest to prove who is the fiercest of them all.
I'm really excited about this show(to bad I have to wait till July 30). I wish I was a contestant. (I want to be made into a fierce drag woman!!!!)

And the Winner of Rupaul Dragrace Season 2 is
TYRA SANCHEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the other Tyra.
This season was quite interesting. I didn't expect Tyra to win because he is a really young drag queen, (who has a really crazy obsession with Beyonce Knowles. YUCK!!!! and PUKE!!!!) and because he was edited to be quite the butthead. In all honesty, I shouldn't have been surprised by Tyra's win because this is reality tv on steroids. I've come to learn that with drag queens, expect Bigger, Bolder, Crazier, and every other fabulous superlative you can think of.
Now, I have to wait to 2011 to get my fix of drag queen awesome-ness. Damn!!!!
I really love drag queens.

Ninja Warrior (SASUKE)
Ninja Warrior(Sasuke in Japan) is the most awesome show I have ever seen.
Sasuke is a Japanese sport entertainment television game show in which 100 competitors attempt to complete a four stage obstacle course. An edited version, renamed Ninja Warrior, is screened in at least 18 other countries including the United States.
I love this because it is awesome to watch men and women do things that are physically impossible. These Men and Women dedicate their lives to completing this 4 stage obstacle course. They make replicas of the course and train in their back yards nonstop(seriously, dedication is awesome).
Now the show is up to its 25 tournament. I believe it started around 1997 even though it didn't start airing in America until 2007. So far, there has only been 2 winners.
Cool clips from different tournaments:
Makoto Nagano, THE NINJA WARRIOR

I knew it would be between Seth Aaron and Emilio. I loved both of their final collections. I would not have been able to pick a winner(That's why I"m not a professional). I wanted Emilio to win personally, but I understand why Seth Aaron won. Every season that I watched project runway, the judges will always pick the person who designs for high fashion vs. the person who designs for everyday women.

America's best dance crew. When it was great.
After watching the Charity show that had all the winners from all seasons, I remembered why I loved this show so much in the beginning. In seasons 1-3 there was so many consistent crews. If any crew from those previous season would have won, I wouldn't have cared. In season 4 the crews weren't as good, but We Are Hiro's was a respectable winner. But with season 5, their was only one crew that was good from the point of the start of the competition till the point of their elimination and that was jungle boogie.
After going back and watching some of the previous seasons, I've come to the conclusion that this show will never be as good as it once was. After this season, I will not watch it anymore.
all crews Charity Performance. Enjoy all of them except for Poreotix, because they suck.

Project Runway Finale II
After last weeks elimination show, we are now down to the final three which are Mila, the 70's retro designer, Emilio, the cool modern graphical designer, and Seth Aaron, the punk rock edgy designer. I don't know who I want to win because I have been very impressed with all of their points of view. Each offer a very different aesthetic, but because they all have very strong points of view, it makes their work very consistent. I would love to be able to afford to wear their clothes. I mean Mila has made some amazing coats, Emilio has made some amazing dresses, and Seth Aaron has made me want to wear leather(I don't really care for leather). I Can't wait to see the finale this Thursday.

Project Runway the Finale
This season of project runway has been the best season so far. All of the designers this season have produced amazing looks. I feel like this season has been fair in the elimination process. The judges had to decide between the worst of the best instead of their being just 3 or 4 good designs and the rest being a hot mess. The season is down to the final 4. Each of the final contestants must make a fashion line of 10 looks to present to the judges to determine the winner.
Okay. Prediction time!!!!
I like all of the final four, but I think the win will be decided between Seth Aaron and Emillio.
they have been the best and most consistent throughout the whole season(even though in project runway history, the most consistent designers always choke in the end.)

America's Best Rigged Dance Crew pt. III
And The crappy winner is:
Poreotics
I still can't believe this crew made it to the final, let alone win the whole show. Poreotics' performances never made me go WOW! There was always two or three other groups that better performances than they did. America's best dance crew Season 5 had so really good crews this season. I had two particular favorites that I would have liked to seen compete for the final.
My two favorites were:
Jungle boogie
I loved this crew because they always had high energy, clean and creative moves, and a fun, positive attitude.
Static Noyze
I loved this crew because they brought a different element than an average hip hop dance crew would bring. They combined their love of dance with their love of theater into a interesting and unique performances.
Although I also didn't care for the runner up BluePrint Cru, even they had at least one performance that made me go WOW!

America's Best Rigged Dance Crew pt. II
This week on America's best dance crew, after eliminating the best crew of the season Jungle Boogie, we are now down to the final three mediocre crews. This week the final three were narrowed down to the final two. The final two are Blueprint Cru and Poreotix. To make a long story short, they both suck, lack creative dance movies, and they have no rhythm. It is basically the best of the suck. The End.
I really Hate this show now.

And Currently on the Drama That is America's Next Top Model
Man. It getting severe up in here!!!!!(Totally stole that line from Awesome-Ness that is RuPaul)
Around 3 or 4 episodes in this is were reality TV begins to works its magic. Each girl is edited to play a certain character.
First we have Alasia: the psycho, crazy Ghetto Black girl
Second we have Anslee: the conservative uptight stuck-up white girl
Third we have Ren: The Oh My God I am totally too deep to be a Model and too self-involved but yet here I am trying to break into a superficial world of Modeling.
Forth we have Alexandra: the resident plus size model who will probably be kicked off before they go on there overseas trip(they really hate fat girls overseas don't they).
Fifth we have Brenda: the neurotic housewife who cries all the time.(hey, did you know the sky is blue, and that Brenda is probably crying right now.)
And lastly we have Angelea: she tried out about 3 cycles straight before getting on cycle 14. Apparently, 3 cycles ago she wasn't a model, but now she is?(or maybe it had something to do with her failing the I'm not a psycho test or so I heard).
Yeah, there is more than five girls (their are about 12 girls this cycle), but these are the ones the editors want us to like, hate, love or wish for them to be pushed in front of a train, then have their bodies disposed in a vat of battery acid.

America's Best Rigged Dance Crew
Did you every watch an elimination type reality show? Did you get really invested in a certain person or group and want them to win real bad? Did you get super mad when they were unfairly eliminated?
I've been watching America's Best Dance Crew since the first season. Every season around the top 4 or 5 crews, In my opinion, the best crew is always eliminated before the final. Sometimes, I really wonder why I watch elimination shows. Its obvious that the show's producers pick the winner before the show comes on TV.
I am currently watching season 5, and their is this dance crew called Blueprint Cru from Canada. It's obvious that the producers want them to win this season. Only the problem is that they are always voted into the bottom 2 because nobody really likes them. This week they went up against Jungle Boogie, the best this season and also the most consistent this season. It obvious for everybody that watched this episode Jungle Boogie should still be in the competition. But because this stupid show in rigged, Blueprint Cru got to stay over them. I am really sick and tired of these fake rigged "REALITY" competitions.
Honestly, I probably going to retire this show from my viewing eyes.

completely off topic
Since nothing is really awesome right now in the land of Reality TV (and since I have to blog about something) , I've decided to use the blog to talk about something very important to important to me and a lot of others. It effects me very deeply.
E...........A.............G.............L..............E......................S!!!!

Now football season is almost upon us and I am very concerned. We have a paper thin defense, A stupid coach, and we are on the verge of trading a Pro-bowl quarterback for a University of Houston project (anybody that follows football knows what happens to university of Houston quarterbacks in the NFL) . I am prepared for my team to suck horribly for the next five years. (It's really going to hurt watching the Dallas Cowboys win the division next year.)
Peace out.
And hopefully I'll have something more interesting to talk about later.

America's Next Top fall
Alright, everybody knows how much I love top model. And last Wednesday did not disappoint. In this awesome episode, the model wannabe's had their annual walking lessons for diva runway coach Miss Jay Alexander. First for practice, the girls had to cross a busy New York intersection(with New York traffic of course. ha! ha! ha!) while taking off their coats in 10 degree weather. (somebody gonna catch a cold.)
Then, their was the photo assignment for the week, which consisted of taking a beauty shot. However, this is top model Tyra Banks style. That means: EXTREME BEAUTY SHOTS!!!!! The models in training had to pose for a beauty shot (face shot) while being blow with extreme wind and having blinding pressure water sprayed in their faces. (ha! ha! ha!)
(Skip to2:36 in the video to enjoy the embarrassment)
However that was not the highlight of the episode for me. That came during the fashion show is the middle of the episode. Every top model season has an episode where the girls must walk in a fashion show. For this particular runway show the girls had to walk down two flights of stairs and then walk through two swinging pendulums without getting hit. Of course, their is always a chance something like this would happen:
DAMN!!! After that, not only does your @$$ hurt, so does your pride.(ha! ha! ha!)

That is all for this blog. ( I know. I half-@$$ed it)

ITS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first reality TV show I ever watched. The first. The best. The crazy. The wacky. The

This is the story of America's Next Top Model. Every season consist of twelve wannable supermodels competing for a cover-girl campaign, a modeling contract with a New York Modeling agency, and a cash prize of 100,000 dollars.
Then there is the host of top model. My main reason for watching.
TYRA BANKS
No need for me to comment anymore after watching those videos.

Make It Work
Project Runway is the most awesome show ever. It has everything a good reality show should have. They have the edited hero of the show, the villain, the crazy characters with even crazier personalities. Its a great show from a reality standpoint, but also it is a great show if you want to know about fashion, how a garment is sewn together, and also the process of how to make a fashion line.
Its fun to watch a mindless drunken reality show, but its cool to watch a show that also has purpose. I love to watch how an artist creates art. In certain challenges, the contestants are asked to create interesting clothing out of burlap sacks and hardware items. It is truly a test of ones ability to improvise and be creative. Fashion is defiantly an interesting medium and at some point I would love to experiment with.

In my first blog, I talked about how awesome Japanese game-shows were. Well, apparently there so awesome, America decided that they should copy and also enjoy in the awesome-ness of Japanese game shows.
Now out of all of the imported shows, like Iron chef, my favorite is the show called Silent Library on MTV. The idea of the show is to complete insane tasks to win money. The hook is that the show takes place in a library and the competitors can't make any noise during the challenges.
I love this show. Thats all I have to add.

My Fair LadyBoy
My new favorite reality show:
Mondays at 9:00pm on logo
This show is about a bunch of men, who work regularly jobs during the day, compete as drag queens (men dressed up as women) to win the top prize, which is to be named America's Next Top Drap Superstar.
What I LOVE the most about this show is that We as views get to see inside a subculture that has been an underground for a really long time. In a way, Drag Queens are a form of under-appreciated art. They put together amazing outfits, they craft hair bigger than Texas, and pull out some crazy makeup jobs. I feel that, in a way, they are like modern walking versions of a Mona Lisa painting.
I know this might be a touchy topic because of societal views of gender and the gay and lesbian community. I happen to think that Drag Queens are a beautiful form of artistic expression.

A lesson in humilation
I love all relative television(i know, repetitive statement) from the drunken train wrecks of the real world, to the hot mess girls known as 16 and pregnant, and to the crazy *smize(not even a real word) with your eyes wacky American's next top model. But, I really REALLY like reality Game shows, especially Japanese game shows. What I really like about them is that they don't seem to take them as seriously as American game shows do. When I watch Japanese game shows, the contestants seem to be having fun competing and routing each other on.
With that being said, there HIlarious as hell. I enjoy watching contestants face plant into dirty muddy water, fall off of high insane obstacle courses, and just plain embarrassing themselves.
*smize is a made up word by tyra banks from America's next top model. It means to smile with your eyes.

I love reality television
I love reality television. I watch every single piece of reality TV that is currently on Television right now. I remember when I first started watching reality TV some 5 years ago. At first, I use to watch it now and then to make fun of all the people that embarrassed themselves on a national level. But Now its like an addiction. I have to watch reality television all day and everyday.
